COMMAND STAFF
The Command Staff are personnel assigned to and charged with performing or supporting the duties and responsibilities of the Command function. Command Staff includes the Incident Commander or Unified Command as well as the Public Information Officer, Safety Officer, and Liaison Officer designated as necessary to carry out key activities not specifically identified in the functional areas directed by the General Staff.

Bryan started in the fire service as volunteer firefighter in 1984 with Mt. Shasta City Fire Department and was also a Seasonal Firefighter with US Forest Service. He became Career Firefighter with Klamath Falls in 1990, then moved north to work for Clackamas Fire District #1 in 1991 where he is currently a Fire Captain.
Bryan has an Associates Degree in Fire Science and Bachelors Degree in Fire Service Administration.
Served as Division Supervisor and Safety Officer for ORCA(Oregon/California) Type 2 IMT 2006-2012
Bryan lives in Estacada, Oregon with his wife and two children and enjoys hunting, fishing and hiking.

Tommy Schroeder
Tommy began his career in the fire service in 2005, when he became a Firefighter/EMT at Portland Fire & Rescue. in 2010 he joined the PF&R Communications Group as an Assistant PIO which led to him joining the OSFM Teams in 2011. He has been assigned to the Green Team as an Information Officer since 2012.
Tommy has extensive working knowledge and experience in Incident Command and Management, and is a member of the UASI Regional PIO Working Group. He holds many certifications in ICS, Emergency Management, Fire Service Planning, and Disaster Recovery and Relief through the National Fire Academy, Emergency Management Institute, and other training centers. He is also the webmaster and techie for the team and is an accomplished writer and public speaker.
When he's not working Tommy enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, traveling and cooking.

Mark started as a Firefighter/First Responder with Lane County Fire District #1 in 1997. After volunteering for 6 years, Mark was hired as the Training Officer. In 2012 Lane County Fire District #1 and Lane Rural Fire/Rescue consolidated to create Lane Fire Authority. Mark is one of two Training Officers and coordinates training mostly in the Central/South Battalions working out of the main station in Veneta. 2014 is Marks first year on the green team as an Assistant Safety Officer Trainee.
Next to the fire service Marks passion is High School Basketball. Mark has been coaching basketball at one level or another since 1986. Most recently coaching boys’ basketball at Elmira High School, home of the Falcons. Mark lives in Veneta with his wife Tammy, where they have raised 4 daughters and one son the youngest just graduating from high school. Mark and Tammy look forward to being empty nesters with the two youngest still living at home while going to LCC.
